DESCRIPTION

This is a Polyurethane(PU) wheel fitted to a aluminum alloy centre. And the wheel is fitted with SKF6303ZZ ball bearings which make the wheel more noiseless.

Suitable for automation system, sorting system, AGV laser guidance system machine, material handling system, baggage handling system converyor belts.

1. The wheel’s bearing specs is ball bearing, it will keeps quiet when in use. It is suitable for airport working. 

2. Due to the softer tread than nylon, is quiet at work.

3. Easy installation.

4. The wheel can be used in -20℃ to +90℃. It is avoid high temperature.

A. Fasten the wheels on the annular movement testing machine. 

B. Each roller wheel should be load 100kg, record the wheel diameter after walking 100km, 200km and 300km respectively

C. After running test, check surface wear and wheel deformation. Whether the wheel rotation is flexible or abnormal.

CASTOR DAILY MAINTENANCE 

All LFC 90mm movement system roller wheel production is professional, and if you want to keep them long-life working, you needs to check tne wheel regularly. When you find any problems, please change the wheel or solve the probelms as fast as possible to keep safe.

• Install the wheel on suitable place

• Do not change or split the wheel design

• Check the wheel regularly, confirm all the parts are tightly

• Use the nut or washer when install the castor

• Add lubricating oil regularly to ensure wheel and bearing can work long time

• Remember check the wheel’s wear regularly, if the wear is serious, please change it
