Production Process
The production of caster wheels involves a meticulous and multi-step process, ensuring precision and quality at every stage. Here's an overview of the key steps in the manufacturing journey: Incoming Material Inspection, Injection Molding, Stamping and Punching, Welding and Assembly. Throughout the manufacturing process, there are dedicated inspection points to conduct quality checks. Once the assembly is complete, a sampling strategy is employed to select representative caster wheels for performance testing.Before the caster wheels are ready for distribution, a final inspection is conducted.
